Terms and Rules for Purchasing

All product prices on www.makweld.mk are expressed in Macedonian denars (MKD) including VAT. Makweld LLC Skopje reserves the right to change prices in accordance with company policy, without prior notice. Price corrections will not apply if the order has already been accepted. The buyer is obliged to pay the price offered at the moment of placing the order, regardless of any subsequent price changes.

Purchases made through www.makweld.mk are subject to regular retail prices. Product quantities are limited, therefore certain orders may be canceled due to stock depletion. The buyer may select one or more products, as well as product packages offered by Makweld LLC. The buyer may cancel, modify, or correct the order at any time before completing the payment.

Registration is not mandatory to complete an order, but contact details and a delivery address are required. After the order is completed, an email confirmation will be sent to the provided email address.

In the event of technical issues with the website, Makweld LLC reserves the right to reject or interrupt an order and is not obligated to provide compensation other than a refund of the paid amount by the buyer.

Product Delivery Policy

Purchases via our website can be made from anywhere in the world, but delivery is carried out only within the territory of the Republic of Macedonia. All products will be delivered to the delivery address you provide when placing the order. Delivery time depends on the delivery location. The expected delivery time is 48 hours from the confirmation of the order.

Depending on our capabilities, the product will be delivered as soon as possible. Makweld LLC Skopje reserves the right to extend delivery time in prior agreement with the buyer.

Delivery is carried out either by our delivery service or through external partners. No deliveries are made after 15:00 on Fridays, on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed on the next working day, and the delivery period will start after confirmation of a successful transaction. Orders placed after 15:00 on Friday, on weekends, or on non-working days will be processed starting from the next working day.

Delivery time does not include weekends and public holidays. Products are delivered to the provided delivery address. Each customer must check the products upon receipt for potential damages during transport or missing items.

If a product is delivered damaged or an item from the order is missing, the buyer must immediately inform us by phone at 02 317 3058 or email info@makweld.mk so that we can take corrective measures. In this case, replacement costs will not be charged to the buyer.

If the shipment is complete and undamaged, the buyer should accept it and sign the delivery receipt provided by the courier. Each shipment includes a delivery slip in two copies. In case of delivery delays caused by the contracted courier company, Makweld LLC Skopje cannot be held responsible.

Product Acceptance

Products are delivered to the entrance of the house or the entrance of the residential building, or collected from the local Cargo Express base. Products are packed in suitable boxes for protection against potential damage and are insured against loss or damage during transport.

Any complaints must be reported immediately to customer support and to the delivery person. Otherwise, subsequent claims regarding external damages to the products will not be accepted.

Product Returns and Replacements

The buyer has the right to return a purchased product within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that the returned product is in the same physical condition as when delivered, unopened and unused, with all labels and tags intact.

According to the Consumer Protection Law, the buyer has the right to exchange a product of appropriate quality if it does not correspond in terms of form, size, model, color, or number. A product replacement is possible if the product has not been used, its appearance and usability are intact, and factory seals, labels, as well as the issued fiscal receipt or invoice/delivery note, are provided.

If at the time of the buyer’s request there is no suitable product available, the buyer has the right to terminate the contract and request a refund of the paid amount.

Final Agreement

THE BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE OF MAKWELD LLC, SKOPJE, AND UNDERTAKES TO FULLY COMPLY WITH THEM.
